Shipping and Order Information

Q: Do I have to sign up to place an order?
A: No. You will however, be required to provide all of the necessary information to process your order including your credit card billing address, phone number and an email address. Our PayPal shopping cart system (for your security) can only process orders that provide all the necessary information. No information is shared with third parties.
Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes. All private credit card information is encrypted across a secure line by PayPal website terminal.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express. All transactions are made through PayPal secure servers
Q: Can I change my order after I have placed it?
A: Yes, you can email us with an order number within of 24 hours of your order with specified changes, and we'll do our best to comply.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: We charge your credit card once you place your order. Shipping takes 1-2 weeks from the time orders are placed. (Please note: custom orders may take 6 to 8 weeks to produce before they are shipped).
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Yes, if applicable. Skellramics charges sales tax based on California sales tax of 9.95% (CA only)
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are processed Monday thru Friday. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for billing, before your package is processed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. It takes 1 to 2 weeks to put your order together. All orders are shipped First Class Mail or FedEX ground, unless otherwise ordered. Skellramics may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please update your member information when necessary. All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. Send us an email if you would like your order quicker.
Q: What happens if a product is cancelled or no longer available on my order?
A: It means that we have sold out of the item. You are only billed for merchandise that has been shipped. We will give you a choice of refund or product substitute.
Q: What if I am looking for a certain item that is not offered in the Online Store?
A: We always want to hear of any items you would like to see. Some pieces sell out before they make it to the online store. If you don't see it, doesn't mean we don't have it. Email us with any requests.
Q: Do you ship orders overseas?
A: Yes, we do ship all over the world. Please make sure to provide your correct shipping address. The phone number is necessary to bill your order, but it helps in case there is a problem delivering your order as well. Most International order communication will occur via email so it is very important that the email address listed in your member profile is current.
Q: How much does shipping cost to locations outside the continental United States?
A: Your shipping price will be determined on-line by the item(s) ordered and where they will be shipped. We ship by USPS or FedEx. PLEASE NOTE: CERTAIN COUNTRIES CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES, SUCH AS CUSTOM FEES AND INDEPENDENT CARRIER FEES. SKELLRAMICS CAN-T ANTICIPATE THESE FEES, AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE OR BRANCH OFFICE OF THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO FIND OUT WHAT KIND OF FEES YOU CAN EXPECT BASED UPON THE TYPE OF MERCHANDISE YOU WISH TO ORDER BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. SKELLRAMICS WILL ASSUME THAT ALL PACKAGES BEING ORDERED ARE GIFTS AND WILL NOTE THIS ON ALL CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS FORMS. IF YOU WISH TO NOT HAVE EMAIL US WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND WE WILL THEN CONTACT YOU TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. Q: I live in the US but would like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas – can I do that? A: Yes you can by providing us a ship to address.
Q: How long will it take my international package to arrive?
A: It is typically delivered within 10-14 working days from the shipment date. Additional time may occur as a result of customs checking to both leave the US and to enter another country.
Q: Are there any other charges? Taxes , Duties?
A: Neither the US Postal Service or Skellramics can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Each country has their own Customs Regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material that are included in your order. Each order will be accompanied customs form that will document what is in the package, and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package in US Dollars. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s).
Q: What is your return policy? *
A: Please save the invoice received with your package, as this is your receipt. Skellramics must receive the return in its original condition, well packed within 45 days of purchase. * SALE OR CUSTOM MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE OR SPECIALS RCHANDISE. All returns are credited as an exchange for other items. No cash returns.

You must e-mail us BEFORE sending your product back to get a Return Authorization. Exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience. You may return the item(s) using any method available. However, we do recommend, packing well and using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise. Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you. Skellramics will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
